"Albergo centrale e con parcheggio. le quattro stelle le trovi solo sulla targhetta all'ingresso. le stanze e la hall sono rifatte da poco ma le parti comuni sono vecchie. ascensore osceno. la stanza puzzava di fumo e al mio arrivo ho trovato (a dicembre alle ore 22) la finestra aperta ma la puzza non se n'è andata. peccato che fosse l'unica stanza disponibile. colazione appena sufficiente. non credo di tornarci nonostante il prezzo fosse molto basso. "

"A 2 passi dal centro, ma 4 stelle mi sembrano un pò eccesive soprattutto per la scarsa colazione (assenza di buffet e salato), per i bagni piccolissimi (dove la tendina della doccia abbraccia pure il water e ti si appiccica sul corpo, quindi opti di fare la doccia senza tendina e ti si allaga il bagno), frigorifero non funzionante. Mobilio un pò vintage. Elegantissima la hall, ricorda i fasti di un tempo, e gentilissimo il personale."

"The staff at this hotel were genuinely kind and sympathetic – everyone we met was very friendly and helpful. This is the only positive aspect we can mention. However, the rest of our experience was extremely disappointing: Location: The location is very poor. The hotel is situated far from the city center and far from the main square, RegCaserta. There are no public transportation options nearby, which makes it difficult to get around. Air conditioning: The air conditioning did not work properly. It was set too high, and when we opened the window to let some air in, the system turned off completely. We suffered from the heat all night. Bathroom: The bathroom was outdated and very worn down. Noise at night: At 2 a.m., we were woken up by what sounded like bombings – supposedly fireworks or petards – caused by a group of young people who spent the entire day hanging around the hotel. Unfortunately, aside from the staff's kindness, this hotel offers nothing commendable. We would not recommend it."
