"Loved our stay here. Hotel had amazing views, an excellent breakfast and a very nice bar. Things in town closed early during shoulder season so we did like that the hotel had a place to hang out at night. There were large tour groups staying that could have impacted breakfast but the staff made it work and found extra seating when necessary. Spa and sauna needed a bit more instructions but was a nice option. "

"Hotel is right next to bus stop that goes to Thun, which is perfect if you need the convenience of travel. Staff is very friendly and assisted me when they couldn’t find my booking or work the safe. I dock a couple of stars because the room is slightly dated (no free outlets to plug into next to the beds) and there isn’t someone always at the front desk to help (but perhaps because I went off season). The hotel staff are wonderful, the food is fantastic (the best steak that we have ever had!), and the location is ideal (bus stop is in the parking lot ski in ski out when there is snow). The rooms are clean and modern. A resort shuttle runs when buses are not running (at an additional cost). This all made for a relaxing stay. "
