"The food in the restaurant was excellent and the chef made us a special pasta dish for dinner. The breakfast is only offered at the buffet price, with nothing smaller available. This was not preferred, as I do not like large breakfasts and prefer coffee and toast only, which is unreasonable at the larger price. The airport shuttle was very helpful. The staff were all friendly and helpful."

"The hotel is very convenient and ideally situated for easy access from Bergamo Airport by taxi and for walking to both Bergamo Old Town and the New Town. The buffet breakfast had a very wide choice and the staff at check in and check out were very friendly and helpful. We particularly appreciated being able to leave our bags until our late afternoon flight home."
