"Good location, good hotel, nice ambience and BEST STAFF!! We stayed at Trident Udaipur during end of march for 4 days, there were few hickups that were outside staff control , however they did their best to make our stay conformable and memorable. Special mention for their manager Urvi Mahajan .. she was always their for the guest .. Amazing service .. Keep it up .. Will certainly visit Trident Udaipur again to enjoy their amazing hospitality :)"

"The restaurant was not at all clean nor appealing. Although the service was good and the food reasonably good, the cleanliness and hygiene could be improved several notches! Table ware, stained mats and dishes are crying for an upgrade. Overall, at best a middling hotel. "

"Property is good for only staying in resort. If you want to explore Udaipur then look at some other place. You have to reach to the resort before the sunset as the way to resort is very silent and non crowded. Not suggesting for couples it’s only for group and suggesting for boys group."

The restaurant staff is so accommodating with exceptional service. Only thing you need to keep is n mind staying at their property is it will help if you have your own transportation, otherwise it can get tricky going in and out. "

"The hotel is partly abandoned with a forgotten pool area and sharing an entrance with a slum in the worst part of town. The room was not cleaned well and the breakfast despite having good dood is located in a dungeon. I was sorry to have booked despite having a view of this secondary lake"
