The only thing that lets it down - and it lets it down BADLY to the extend we wouldn’t stay here again is that the food is appalling. You have no choice in this area but to eat at the hotel and sadly it is dire. "

"The room was disabled friendly for non wheelchair guests, as requested, though the WC was very low. Breakfast was very good with a broad choice of goodies and very well laid out - our extensive hotel visits proved this positive point of view. Friendly staff and plenty of parking outside. The hotel however is understaffed as we sat in the bar area for a half hour with no one running it, wanted a drink, the front desk person said they'd be right over, another 20 minutes and they were still checking people in our out. "It’s a nice location with great vibes. But, hotel lost my clothes sent to the laundry and their attitude handling is horrible. Tried to push everything to their outsource cleaning company, even ask us to contact that company directly… Also, housekeeping also throw away an empty wine bottle, which is obviously a souvenir, we put one the reading table. At the same time, an empty plastic water bottle on the ground was kept when we come back… "
