"La description de l hébergement ne correspond pas du tout à la réalité. Il n 'y a rien à distance de marche, il n"y a qu'une seule piscine pas très bien entretenue et qu'un seul restaurant. L'hotel devait être magnifique à l'époque, mais ce n'est plus le cas..."

"El hotel hermoso, la habitación limpia y las amenidades hermosas, la alberca de abajo con agua templada, la comida del restaurante excelente."

"The customer service was excellent. The staff was very hospitable and the property was very charming."

"It was an exceptional property, extremely relaxing atmosphere and the natural surroundings were amazing! What made the trip most memorable was the attentive and friendly staff, even though I did not speak the language, the staff spoke very good english and were extremely helpful. The complementary breakfast was beyond expectations, freshly made with many different options. If you are looking for a beautiful relaxing oasis, I highly recommend BÁSICO PIXOY HOTEL!"

"It's AMAZING how they hire so much staff for an exclusive 3 rooms in total! Felt very pampered. Also, breakfast was primo👌"

"We loved this place. Our host was super entertaining and the breakfast he made us each morning was sensational. We loved the jungle garden setting (toucans in the trees!)"

"Absolutely amazing setting! We stayed in the ‘museum’ part. Gorgeous gardens. According to my husband, ‘a cross between faded elegance and somewhat abandoned. Big room with a 4 poster bed, high ceilings and solid wooden shutters. "

"A dream experience. The room is beautifully decorated and opens on a terrace overlooking the city on one side and on a small pool on the other. Breakfast is served on the private terrace by the pool and is excellent. Furniture is unique and there is a great sense of detail in every object chosen to decorate the room. I strongly recommend this suite located in one of the most beautiful streets of Valladolid."
