"It was a very good hotel and was close to the Main City Centre of Beaune. Staff was professional, had a great bar area, good food and a nearby Sophie's Bakery and great wine shop within 1 minute walk. On site parking was great as we had a rental car.
Overall, really liked the hotel, its location and the ambiance."
"Great location in center of Beaune. Very charming and historic property. Not your place of stairs are a challenge or lugging heavy bags. Stairs in our room were steep and slippery. Could use some stair treads. We did enjoy the hotel and our stay was comfortable."
"Heated pool, chef at restaurant very sollicitous re food allergy. Housekeeping needed 3 reminders throughout the day to finally make up the room by 5pm on the second day.
"We weren’t sure about the location as we arrived as it was close to the motorway, but we didn’t hear any traffic. It’s a lovely building and well maintained and the lady on reception and serving dinner was just so friendly and welcoming. She served us cheese, bread and meats and we loved it. Room was great, good air-con. Would stay again."
"Wow. This was just an exceptional stay. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. We felt so welcomed and were given some great recommendations for where to go during our holiday. The Chateau itself was just beautiful. The view from our room was incredible and the interior was stunning. I cannot wait to return!"
"Excellent location. Well equipped with laundry and dish washing machines. A nice surprise when we checked in. Host gave us an emergency ride to an event we booked when we could not get Uber or a cab. Great customer service!"
"The location of this property is right in the center of the village, walkable to a large variety of cafes, restaurants, and wineries.
We stayed in the “Chambertain” room (each of the rooms has a unique wine-related name, rather than a number).
The kitchen, bathroom, and living room are all on the ground floor, making the arrival with luggage very easy (especially nice for us being seniors).
The bedroom is very spacious in what was formerly an actual wine cellar at the lower / basement level! ...
