"On arrival I was put in room 516. This was in another building across the road, which the hotel owned. However, it did have another name 🤔. But was still 4*. I found the room, but was amazed there were no windows. Being 4* there was a mini bar apparently. But not it this room. There was no bin in the bedroom or bathroom. So I put my rubbish in the floor. There wasn't even a mirror in the bathroom. Unbelievable. I should have complained there and then, but decided to sleep there the night and...

"This was a horrible experience, so bad that I was considering changing my flight and go back home in the first hour. We spent 4 hours driving around trying to find the hotel, it did show up on maps, we stopped 5 times to ask locals and no one knew where the hotel was. Finally around 10pm we finally came accross a lady walking that she worked at the place so she gave us directions. Her words made us worried. She said “you will stay in the worst hotel in town. I work there so I know” . Horrible...
