"I have stayed in this hotel before and it was great!
I am now back after over a year and the service was atrocious!!!
The girls at the front desk was rude.
During breakfast the waiter was even worse!
There was no forks, no coffee and no waiter while the buffet was full of people trying to have breakfast. We shared the only kettle of coffee with another table and even they acknowledged the service was horrible.
The waiter then came over to our table and instead of apologizing he just gave us...
"La struttura che era da me prenotata, non risponde al telefono indicato, ho dovuto cercare il loro numero di telefono su internet. Alle telefonate non rispondo, ai messaggi tramite wa rispondo molto raramente, non parlano italiano ( però è indicato che è una delle lingue del hotel) , non si presentano ai messaggi, quindi non sapevo con chi comunicavo. Pessimo, ho dovuto prenotare un altro hotel perché si sono rifiutati di fare il check in! Avevo prenotato per 2 notti e io come consumatore ho...
"Ok, things about this hotel are bizzare, I do appreciate the size of the rooms, they are large. However getting the room required going down a dark hallway-no lights can on, and we were left walking down totally desk hallways with no way to turn on the light. It finally popped on but we both had already tripped on the blind step up. The motion lift in the hallway. With tv channels work. To shelf for soap in bathrooms, etc. definitely rough around the edges"
"Friendly and helpful staff. Room is spacious and clean. Good air conditioning and close to shops and pick up points for tours.
Needs to improve internet access as the connectivity is poor.
Improved breakfast more variety of foods and more selection of coffees and hot drinks.
Breakfasts time can a little bit early so that not rush when your activities for the day.
Overall the hotel is great and good ambiance to stay in Albania. I give the hotel 4 star ratings."

"I checked in pretty late , when I got there the receptionist informed me that I book for 1 person but my friend was with me and I told initial it was just me but she came along and I didn’t mind paying for the difference of my friend being there and the receptionist told me that it was €40 on PayPal because he the amount was too small to on hotels card reader and now he won’t stop texting/calling me."
"Great experience! The apartment was super clean, comfortable, and in a great location near coffee shops and everything you need. The hosts were very easy to communicate with and gave clear instructions. Would definitely stay here again!"
