"Great guest service—check in with Fatima was excellent. Andre was a superb bartender (Blanco Sangria)!! Our room was better than anticipated and breakfast was more than needed! The only downside was parking, but it was free and available—that is always an issue in small quaint villages in Europe! Worth the hassle thought!!"

"The staff was extremely helpful and polite. We had problems finding the parking garage but once we found it, it was very easy to get in and out. We did not have to pay for parking. The breakfast was fabulous. The home was an excellent shape and I would most definitely recommend to all of my friends."

"Except for check-in, when the reception clerk was unable at first to find our reservation, our stay was fine. Another clerk quickly stepped in, discovered the error, and took care of us very well. After that, all went smoothly."
