"The hotel has a build out around the tv that is too low. While packing my suitcase I turned and hit my face so hard on the frame, my eye started bleeding. That’s how I knew it was that low. One worker brought me an ice pack. The front desk said that they couldn’t give me anything else. Management never checked how I was doing.
They had the most terrible smelling elevator. I brought it to their attention when I arrived."
"فندق جميل وهادئ جدا
سرعة تسجيل الدخول والخروج
الغرفة صغيرة وليس مطل على البحيرة ومناسب لمن معه سيارة وسعر الموقف ١٢ فرنك يوميا
بعيد عن جنيف وقريب من منترو وفيفي"
"Unassuming but once you get in it looks like the Waldorf Astoria with ample hallways and classic furniture outside. The rooms are comfortable and forget all the rest because the view of lake Geneva takes your breath away.
Train station is about 4’ walking and in two stops you find great nightlife.
Walk 20’ down and you hit the water with all the fun and relaxing things to do. Country life is the same distance in the opposite direction.

"The location was convenient and close to the metro. Our bathroom was extremely small with a high tub, why any hotel puts tubs in instead of showers I’ll never understand. There are several buildings and the pictures are deceiving. The hotel picture on the website isn’t the one you will be staying in. Beware that one pictured is a block away and is where the spa is. Pool was not heated at the building we were in. Staff could have been more friendly."
"The staff were lovely, efficient, and professional from start to finish. The food is FANTASTIC. I had a wonderful Swiss meal at the hotel restaurant the first night, and a burger in the bar the second night- equally amazing. (Well, the restaurant was high end, with impeccable service, so they’re not equal in that sense.)
My room was clean, lovely view, cute little balcony. Great slippers and robe, comfy bed.
Centrally located and I would recommend to anyone."
"Das Zimmer war sauber und sehr gross, die Dusche hatte aber grossflächige Schimmel Flecken in den Ritzen. Empfang schnell und kompetent. Frühstück reichhaltig und von guter Qualität. Terrasse wunderschön. Hotel mit älterer Einrichtung, aber charmant."
