"It was nice to have a pool and be a bit away from old town but also have old town only a 4-5 minute bus ride away. The front staff helped us figure out how to get tickets and where to take the bus from. There’s not too much directly around the hotel except a couple of restaurants but there was enough and it is close to an area where a lot of boats pick you up for excursions (I believe it was a 20 minute walk). "They need more staff for the restaurants at the facilities. The wait times were abhorrent for such a high rated resort. Felt bad for the staff because they can only do so much. Management needs to do better and get more staff or lose more stars."
