"We stayed here 9 years ago and both the hotel and Palm Cove are as lovely as we remember them to be. We had a 1 bedroom apartment which was very spacious and comfortable. The bed was good, aircon was good and supplemented by fans. The hotel and apartment had recently been redecorated. Whilst on site parking is limited we always got a spot. The hotel is directly opposite the beach and very near the swimming net. "

"Great place - I would definitely stay here again, right in the heart of Palm Cove. Only downside was heater in pool was not working the second week of my stay, though I know they were trying to get it fixed - I'm sure it's good by now. Beautiful grounds, loved the balconey, the "library", laundry. Even provided a rack for drying clothes and an umbrella in my unit. Great place!"

"Beautiful location, staff are friendly and helpful. Unfortunately the Rooms were dirty and very worn and in need of maintenance. The beds were very uncomfortable and need to be replaced. It would have been nice to have a dish drying rack and cleaning utensils like a broom. Some tupperware would have been great too.
