"The room was lovely with an amazing view and surrounded by nature and close to everything. Might have been nice to have a fridge but other than that perfect. It was clean with a lovely bathroom. On our one full day there we had a lovely breakfast, did the two hikes back to back (the beach hike is nicer), took in the thermal baths and then went out on a boat trip with Daniela and had a great time with the dolphins. "You need a.category six when it comes to lodges like Hacienda Tres Lagos. I have been traveling for five weeks in Argentina, Uruguay and Chile and Tres Lagos is hands down my/our favorite place. Our room (Exploradores) was spectacular with the fireplace, view and amenities! The staff were over the top. We felt like somewhere between close family and beloved royalty! "An amazing hospitality and dinner experience after a pretty long road. I thought I would never feel welcomed like years ago in the Andes Lodge (close to Puelo, also in Patagonia)… but Sebastian, Hernán, Chris & Co exceeded by far our expectations in terms of service and gastronomy. Sad I just booked for one night… but I will be back shortly and for a longer stay. Congrats to the team !"
