"Great location in the heart of Dublin. Highly recommend a stay here. A big shout out to the staff who helped our friends get their passports and wallets back. We had arrived at the airport and realized our friend's had forgotten their belongings in their room safe. The staff helped locate and send the belongings in a taxi to the airport. We made the flight in time and it was all due to the great staff. They saved the day for us!"

"Clean room and quiet"

"Very accommodating staff who met all of our requests. They allowed us to check in early for free, packed us some breakfast when we left early for a trip, and gave us more teabags when asked. Very nice restaurant with lots of food for breakfast. Room was a bit small and lack of places to store things. Unable to open a window was difficult as room was stuffy and the fan control system wasn't very powerful."

"Disappointed. Me and my friend were racially profiled whilst coming into the hotel. Other guests came in before us and were not asked to verify their stay whereas we were. We were asked if we were staying here, if we had a key, are we sure we’re staying here, what room number we were in and if we were sure if we were staying here. Other guests, would come in and just walk straight through. When I came downstairs to check out and tell another staff member about this, I was told it was protocol....

"We arrived at the hotel at 7am after a red eye flight hoping to just leave our bags, but the allowed us to check in early. It made our first day so much better! The room was spacious and clean. It was a great experience!"
