"The gym was only available after 3pm . Before that , one had to pay €5 to have access to. From 12 noon to 3 pm . I think this is ver unfair .
Otherwise, I like this Hotel . I have been coming every 4 years in a row."
"A very pretty small hotel in a beautiful town.
We booked two superior rooms. They were quite disappointing. So small there weren’t even night tables next to the bed. Rug and floor felt almost grubby. There is a strange outdoor space with a table and chairs but it’s in a bit of a cave. Obviously one of its main purposes is to allow people to smoke. Reception was marginally polite. In no universe is this a 5 star property. Food was very good but all in all I would not recommend"
"Hotel excelentemente situado en El Rompido, con un servicio y personal excelentes, amables y simpáticos. Muy cerca de las playas de la zona, a dos pasos como quien dice, por lo que se puede disfrutar de ellas en cualquier momento como de la amplia piscina. Habitación muy amplia la que nos tocó (además situada en la planta baja con unas vistas preciosas del mar), con una cama grandísima y comodísima. El baño muy bien también, grande. Y el desayuno estupendo, con mucho para elegir.

"Lovely hotel, all staff were really nice and helpful. The outdoor pool is a good size and well maintained . Room was a decent size too. The only small frustration was the hand soap was shower gel and there’s no milk in the room, but you can get a small jar od milk from the bar.
Location is a flat short walk (approx 15-20mins) to bars and restaurants in the village.
There’s a good selection on offer for breakfast (we only had B&B) and the staff did excellent job of keeping it all replenished. ...
"A lovely hotel with an amazing pool. The food at the pool bar was very nice and good value for money.
The sofa bed was unfortunately very uncomfortable and we were woken at 8:20 by drilling which was very annoying.
Front desk staff very helpful and friendly."
"Poderia ter dado 5 estrelas em todos os itens, no entanto, os problemas de limpeza causados pelas andorinhas não permitem isso nas janelas e varandas e, consequentemente, nas zonas envolventes ao edifício. É uma pena. Esta questão deve mesmo ser resolvida."
"Out of this world. Aesthetically perfect. A place to really relax and switch off. Breakfast and dinner were wonderful. I would come back here again in a heartbeat. Superb."
"Great location, no traffic, plenty of bars, cafes, restaurants and shops. Hotel provides free WiFi and pool towels. Water provided. Air conditioning. Room very clean. Some friendly staff, others need to smile more. Coffee machine at breakfast great! Margherita pizzas were good!
Negatives- on check in, not told about ferry to Spain, land train to beach, WiFi password, breakfast, events that were happening in the square- very poor communication.
Room was a classic but very basic, ‘mini bar’was a...
