"Restaurant is closed as its out of session, The hotel boasts about being 4 star? Dont know how, the runs are very old fashioned and not very comfortable, the Bed was very uncomfortable. Also lights where in need of changing in Reception as they where flickering excessively. "

Friendly staff, good breakfast, 24 hour front desk which was super helpful because I only got to the hotel after midnight, clean, spacious room for European standards and a very comfortable washroom. It’s a 5min walk from the train station and has restaurants and shopping around the corner (1 min walk). Highly recommend staying here when in Asti "

"What a great property - located in an area with rolling hills and beautiful wineries. Great scenery and views. Beautiful grounds, excellently appointed rooms. High end decorations and fixtures in the rooms. Very comfortable beds and Nice linens. Enjoyed both The pool and restaurants."

"I waited to gather my thoughts on this. I too am an Innkeeper and wanted to be fair. I communicated all my concerns but the property was very rigid and not willing to compromise to make me happy. I reserved based on reviews of which there were only 4. This should have been a warning. The property is a very beautiful restored castle. The room was exceptional, clean and very unique. "My partner and I recently stayed at Relais Sant’Uffizio in the heart of Piedmont, and it was a truly peaceful and rejuvenating escape. Set in a beautifully restored 16th-century monastery, the hotel’s charm lies in its blend of historic elegance and modern comfort. The Aquanatura Spa was the highlight—immaculate and incredibly relaxing. The hydrotherapy pool, panoramic sauna, steam rooms, and ice cascade created a complete wellness experience. The time we spent there was restive and deeply restorative. Every detail, from the calming design to the herbal tea lounge, added to the sense of luxury. The hotel grounds were equally impressive. Surrounded by vineyards and manicured gardens, the outdoor pool area and bar was perfect for unwinding. I especially loved walking through the quiet paths in the early evening—truly serene. The restaurants, bars, and extensive wine list exceeded expectations and rounded out this magical visit. If you’re looking for a romantic getaway in the heart of the rolling hills and vineyards of Piemonte, this place is a gem. We left feeling refreshed and can’t wait to return."

"Très belle hôtel, mais attention il y a certaines petites choses à revoir notamment au niveau propreté à mon arrivé la chambre n été pas très propre j étais un surpris pareil très compliqué de trouver une personne pour trouver un serveur pour prendre un simple café on dirait qu il un peu de personnel, pour ces petites choses. Ce sont des détails mais qui peuvent avoir de l importance. Mais bon dans l ensemble le personnel et très sympathique et serviable donc je recommande sans souci. Encore pour votre accueil "

"Ho soggiornato due notti in questo hotel e nel complesso mi ritengo soddisfatta. La camera è minimalista ma dotata di ogni comfort, il bagno è piccolo ma funzionale. La terrazza, ampia e potenzialmente molto piacevole, purtroppo risulta trascurata e abbandonata. Lo staff è stato sempre accogliente e cortese. La colazione è davvero ottima: varia, abbondante e con opzioni anche senza glutine. Il rapporto qualità-prezzo è eccellente. L’unica vera nota negativa riguarda la pulizia: molta polvere in camera e nessun intervento di pulizia durante il soggiorno. Lo consiglio. "
