"I had a car park view all round. The rooms were absolutely lovely and modern! Loved it, clean and comfortable. This is a 15 euro cab ride from Modena Duomo. The let down is breakfast, worse coffee I had in italy, the cafe restaurant, terrible choice of food and the smoking areas were not regularly cleaned. Other than that, genuinely lovely rooms!"

"This is a relatively small and friendly hotel, close to the station and also the historic centre. The staff are helpful, and the room is clean. My only quibble is the size of the room - it’s very tight and the bed is close to the desk. The external shutters were nearly closed and I couldn’t open them, which makes the room dark. It has a lot of merits, and is a good base to see Modena"

"When you pay for a service and it’s 25 degrees outside and you get back to hotel after a long day at show you expect to have a room that the temperature is adequate to get a good nights sleep. The air conditioning was not yet operational. When I asked reception they told me it was not possible. So 5 sweaty nights sleeping with window opened. On the last morning at 7am there was no hot water. So I had to take a cold shower. I understand energy costs are hi in Italy but trying to save but cutting...
