"Breakfast, pool area, view and location were excellent. Front desk also top notch. Only complaint was service during dinner. We asked if they could fit us in and they said they were going to be full at 8:00 but agreed to seat us at 7:00. We were right on time, ordering took about 15 minutes even though they were almost empty. Big tour arrives at 8:00 and we hadn’t seen our waiter in 45 minutes. Finally after an hour I complained to another waiter and they apologized and provided a free glass of...
"The gym was only available after 3pm . Before that , one had to pay €5 to have access to. From 12 noon to 3 pm . I think this is ver unfair .
Otherwise, I like this Hotel . I have been coming every 4 years in a row."
"This place was great. The staff were super friendly. The Hotel was perfect location to reach everything we wanted to reach. We had a rental car which opened us to explore what the local scene had to offer. Beaches, Night markets, Supermarkets, Late night local Ice creams shops, Festivals, the lot! Underground parking was excellent at keeping the car cool. Rental towels (10 euro Cash deposit each) were very convenient as we were travelling very light. The Aqua Park was great fun. Be sure to check...
"A very pretty small hotel in a beautiful town.
We booked two superior rooms. They were quite disappointing. So small there weren’t even night tables next to the bed. Rug and floor felt almost grubby. There is a strange outdoor space with a table and chairs but it’s in a bit of a cave. Obviously one of its main purposes is to allow people to smoke. Reception was marginally polite. In no universe is this a 5 star property. Food was very good but all in all I would not recommend"
"Was a beautiful hotel in a quieter location. Great selection of food at every meal. Hotel was beautifully decorated but Bedroom I felt was slightly more basic but it was clean and comfortable. We had a great time and would definitely go back again"
"Nos ha gustado muchísimo las vistas y lo amplio de las habitaciones y baño. Es un sitio para descansar y desconectar. Es muy importante que se debe ir con coche, está en zona rural de montaña"
"The property was clean and very spacious.Staff at the hotel for check in were very friendly and polite and give us a lot of information about the area and surrounding areas."
