"Just returned from a 3 night stay at the resort. The main positives are the amazing location, spectacular beach and the polite and courteous staff. We stayed in the sunset villa - they look dated from outside but are clean and comfortable inside. The bed was huge and pillows were some of the bed I have ever had. The bathrooms are modern and stocked with all the amenities. The complimentary water bottles, daily snack, reef friendly sun screen and insect repellents are a great touch. However,...

"Everything was quick, spoke English, very polite. The restaurant was delicious on all nights we stayed. Delicious meals all around. "

"The area including the beach is beautiful however the room is very dark and smells beds. The bathroom was the worse. It really smelled bad. Food was just ok. Super uncomfortable beds on the beach. "

Les chambres sont spacieuses , confortables. La climatisation est silencieuse. Et le staff est très aimable . Nous avons adoré la situation géographique, proche du port , centre ville . Et je recommande fortement le restaurant El kuvo , qui se situe juste à la gauche en sortant de l hôtel .....Nous reviendrons l année...

"Had a serious issue when I checked in however the staff worked hard to fix the problem I the end the out come was satisfactory for me and good work from the reception staff to salvage the situation I will stay here again "

"Die Unterkunft ist eigentlich ganz schön. Preis/Leistung passt nicht wirklich. Personal hat Potenzial proaktiver zu sein. Zimmer war bei unser Ankunft um 16:00 Uhr nicht fertig und musste erstmal eine 3\4 h gereinigt werden. Rückblickend würde ich die Unterkunft nicht wieder buchen. "
