"Royal suite che di royal ha poco. Ero già stata qui 3 anni fa e ho notato una differenza eclatante
La suite e l’intera struttura vertono in uno stato pietoso e andrebbe fatto un grosso lavoro di manutenzione. Idromassaggio pieno zeppo di sabbia, fatto presente due volte al personale ma senza risoluzioni.
Muffa sui muri e parete scrostate, crepate e da ridipingere. Prima c’era lo spiedino di frutta di benvenuto e lo champagne, ora solo una triste bottiglia di birra.

"Amazing staff, location, view and everything! One of the few places I have stayed that I will definitely come back to! Highly recommend renting a Vespa - they can set it up - as the hotel is up a very long steep hill! And riding a Vespa is a joy."
"Great location with an easy 20 minute walk into Iseo. The facilities such as the pool are very good and everything is very clean. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The hotel felt a little dated, as said in other reviews. Also some additional charges such as an omelette with breakfast or a second pool towel seemed unnecessary.
Overall though a lovely stay and would recommend."
"Lovely small hotel that was spotlessly clean. The staff were so kind and helpful. The hotel is modern and well situated for walking into the village albeit this is on a hill. The pool is nice with a number of loungers but not big if you want to do a lot of swimming.
Overall though a lovely hotel with kind attentive staff. Would recommend"
