"We had a lovely stay at the Holiday Inn in Reims. The room was clean and comfortable and the underground parking was very convenient.
The staff were lovely, friendly and helpful. The hotel is also in a great location—just a short and easy walk to the city centre and attractions such as Notre-Dame de Reims Cathedral.
Overall, we had a wonderful experience."
"The AC was not working. The temperature in the room was 25.5 degrees celsius. We were told they would send someone to repair it, which did not happen. The other solution offered was to open the window.
And then we were told that we would be refunded 50% of our first night stay, which did not happen either. Very disappointing."
"The hotel itself was nice, clean and the rooms were comfortable. However, there is little to no air conditioning in the room, although the reception area was freezing. On multiple occasions we asked the staff to help us as it was unbearable but they were very unhelpful. It was so hot that I had to take our puppy out multiple times during the evening due to her overheating. I think the worse part was the staff basically ignoring us, such a shame as we were really looking forward to our last night...
"Great location with lots of restaurants, shops, and attractions within walking distance. The hotel and service were great, and we were very happy with our stay overall. Just one tip: avoid booking taxis through the hotel, as we found the price was almost double what we would normally pay."

Staff member helpful in permitting us change the room after my wife had a terrible asthma attack for the dust in the corridors and in the room as soon as she entered into the hotel. Previously requested a room without carpet, message evidently not read at all. Absolutely unsatisfied of the experience."
