"Room was fine and very convenient for the airport. Food service in restaurant was very slow. Had reserved a table in advance and it was busy. Almost an hour between ordering and getting main course, lost the will to live and never got the pud! Very smelly in restaurant with food cooking smells. "

The only thing that irked us a little was that it was advertised online that there was a game console but when we arrived the controllers were missing. The owner informed us that they were probably stolen by previous visitors. It's a shame as our 4 year old would have really enjoyed it. "

"The property was freezing cold when we arrived and hadn't been prepared at all. The bedding wasn't clean, there were sheets drying over furniture, the dishwasher was full of pots, pans and crockery and the floors were dirty. The TV didn't work properly either. Worst of all, because no one had bothered to check, there was no oil in tank so we had no heating or hot water for 3.5 days of a 5 day break. Helloguest, the managing company, were absolutely useless and didn't do what any decent company...
