"A little outdated and in need of a little TLC, basic but clean and comfortable. While it's not on the doorstep of Heathrow, it’s an airport hotel and as such should be prepared for guests arriving at all hours. Got there shortly before midnight. Nice friendly receptionist but when I asked about the bar, I was told everything was closed (apart from special service for flight crew) but could order an Uber Eats. I assumed there would be a vending machine or at least a bottle of water in my room...

Check in was easy and the staff were super helpful. The room was spacious and super comfy, the beds were great. I Love the Espa products in the bathroom. Breakfast was nice, lots of options, the only thing was the hot food on the line was a little cold. I didn’t like the paying to park I think it should be free when you have paid to...

"There’s was not enough storage in this size of room for putting away clothes. The shower in bath was unsafe as no runner mar provided to prevent slipping. An elderley person could not use this facility. "
