"I had a terrible experience in this hotel. The hotel itself is in a great location and it’s ok. The room was very nice it was an ocean front room. However the manager of the hotel was a very unpleasant and unaccommodating manager I have ever encountered . On my departure day I could not find my passport which was in the safe box the whole time I was there. I called the receptionist to let them know why our departure from the room was being delayed and all I got was pressure to leave the room...
