Tatty hole when an integrated microwave used to be for example, dirty shelf base, needs a clean and replacing. The location and Lido is lovely but the property is not!"

"We are regulars there. and are back again in April. The hotel is huge, in a quiet, out of town location and can have 500-800 guests at a time. Lots of free parking. It is being refurbished from 6th floor down. Communal chairs and tables are mostly new. The Spa needs massive investment to re-open so don't rely on it being open soon.
