"this historic property in Haro was very nice. a beautiful lounge/covered courtyard and large rooms and bathrooms. while the frontdesk staff were very nice, many of them did not speak english so it was hard to ask for assistance or help. breakfast was not included (15 euros for a breakfast buffet) and we did not eat at the in house restaurant"

Pero el check out a las 4:00 pm me pareció muy tarde y lo que realmente me pareció muy mal es que ponen que están avalados por FACE y no tienen opciones reales para celiacos, además del desconocimiento del personal sobre el tema. Visitamos otros 5 hoteles en este mismo viaje y fueron impecables tanto en trato como en opciones sin gluten. Pero jardines de Ulleta, pésimo, no se corresponde con la categoría del

"Extremely helpful staff, great location for shopping and day-tripping, short walk to in-town amenities and night life. Air conditioning was adequate but limited. You can get a better long term rate from the parking lot (Indigo) directly, rather than purchasing through the hotel."

"A beautiful dreamy Parador! Within most peaceful nature filled grounds, the rooms were exceptionally clean even with back garden access! Delicious breakfast either in the dinning room or garden terraza! Staff is super friendly and helpful with sharing information. Awesome bar with exceptional views of the gardens and sunset! "Viajo mucho por trabajo, era la primera vez que me encuentro un hotel de 4* que no ofrece desayuno buffet caliente, es decir, nada de huevo frito/revuelto, beicon, salchichas, vegetales calientes, etc., lo cual me asombró. El resto bien."
"It was excellent location and staff and food all amazing. It’s right in the centre of the fascinating town Santo Domingo de La Calzada. Love paradors and this one did not disappoint. The food was fab I’d definitely recommend half board. The only negative is that it was quite difficult to locate even with the instructions sent from the hotel. A friendly local had to help us by by getting in the car and telling us where to go."
