"Great hotel and exceptional staff who could not do enough for us. 15 mins easy walk from the Lake itself and main attractions, shops, ferry port, bus station etc. Como is a terrific hub to get around the lake and beyond. Our twin room was spacious with lots of amenities though area above desk could do with better lighting. Poor hairdryer but we had our own. Whole hotel was spotlessly clean. Great pool area too. Reception, Dining Room Staff and the barman up on the rooftop pool were so lovely...

"This was a good hotel in a convenient location. The staff were quite friendly and helpful. For areas of improvement, the parking situation could be improved to reduce stress at check-in, being that the hotel requires you to make a separate request to get parking, even though the description says that parking is available (but it is not actually available unless you know that you have to make the separate request in advance because otherwise it is “full”). "A lovely stay. When our train to Lake Como was cancelled we got stuck in Saronno so it was either pay loads on a taxi or get a hotel. We chose this hotel and it was a god send. Very close to Saronno train station, with very friendly staff. The room was clean and stylish. The breakfast in the morning was lovely and the latte was much needed to start our continuing journey. We would highly recommend if you’re staying in the area or need a stop off if travelling. "
