"We were on a two-week trip to Sardinia and we stayed in several different places during the trip. All of them were excellent. This was the second stop on the trip. The staff was great, spoke English very well and had lots of great advice. So convenient as well. Highly recommend."

"Nice little hotel, fabulous terrace on top floor with 2 hot tubs, hotel mostly set up for couples as only 2 sun-beds at both hot tub areas, service was good breakfast not great like many italian hotels - we are from uk so uht milk tastes alien to us but used everywhere . Very close to porto cervo, location quiet with no passing traffic- we stayed in suite which is in a building opposite , plenty of restaurants but car is necessary in this part of sardinia "

"Clean and modern hotel in a great location with gorgeous views - close to a lovely beach and to local restaurants. Staff are friendly and welcoming. Hotel has own beds on the beach but you have to pay €30 per day and the hotel pool is for show, you can’t get in it. Would be great if the rooms had a kettle/tea and coffee facilities and an iron. "

"The hotel is in a nice location but that’s all, dated and in poor condition. There is no restaurant on site but some food ones around 3 mins away driving though. Worse mattress ever, which we requested change but that didn’t happened. Wouldn’t recommend it despite nice reception staff "

"We drove a classic car from Bristol to Sardinia and found this hotel on Hotels.com, what a gem it is, a fantastic location, brilliant staff, and lots of restaurants in the area. I did have an inconvenience, as the hotel doors let me out to my car at 3 AM, but would not let me back in, so I had to wait until 6.45 AM to get back into my room, which ruined the sleep during that first night at Baja Sardinia, however, the team on reception said that they would make it up to me when I checked out, so...

"Beautiful hotel in a great location with views of the bays around but you can walk to the marina and Porto Cervo. A supermarket is 5 mins walk out of sight . "

"Travelled in April so reasonably quiet. Liked the area but nicer to have a car at least for a couple of days to explore. Hotel room okay for two adults and two children and view of the pool was nice. Staff on reception were lovely and helpful. I think there could be improvements Check in and out time isn’t in line with most hotels. Easily changed and something regularly picked up on reviews Food quality is not good. It’s okay but certainly not good. That’s clearly down to cutting costs and...

"Had a week's stay here mid-Sep, lovely little hotel. It's out of the town so you'll have to drive anywhere for food (hotel does minimum lunch snacks and no dinner). 15 minute walks to various gorgeous beaches. Gym is great (with a squat rack!). Pool is nice to sit around but the water is freeeeezing!"

"Just spent a very nice week at La Funtana hotel. Friendly, helpful staff. Comfortable, clean room. Lovely powerful shower. Loved the pool. Breakfast buffet was fantastic. Location is a little out of town which means it is quiet but still easy walking distance to the beach, bars and restaurants of Santa Teresa di Gallura and also to the port where you can take boat tours. Would definitely recommend as a great place to stay. "

"Attention mostiques ! Pour une propriété bien entretenue, avec un grand personnel, il serait suggéré d'ajouter des moustiquaires à certaines des fenêtres. Notre enfant a été attaqué sans relâche dans la nuit. Les fenêtres des salles de bains et les chambres s'ouvrent vers l'intérieur. Le placement d'un écran serait très facile et peu coûteux. La valeur serait immense pour protéger les invités et permettre aux fenêtres de rester ouvertes. Cela réduirait le besoin que la climatisation fonctionne...

"Hotel is in an area close to different atractions, but even the staff is ok, could be a lot of space for improvement. Internet didn’t work the second night and the front office guy told me at the begging that there was something wrong in my devices and later realize the signal works really bad. "
