"We had booked here because it had EV charging points and a restaurant, and looked like a pleasant setting. We arrived to discover that the EV chargers were Tesla only, and the restaurant was closed. We'd just driven 400 miles, so were not pleased. After a lot of complaining and phone calls by the receptionist, it emerged that the chargers could be used with any EV (officially from October), and we were offered a rather simple (although expensive) meal in our room - a lentil and vegetable dahl...

"It's amazing how only two people (husband and wife - they run this place) can make you feel welcome and like you come to the house of loving friends or relatives! They greet us with the smile, showed to our rooms and offered us dinner even it was 10 pm. When was last time you had such a service!?? Can't not to mention the dinner that was cooked by husband - simply amazing! This place shows you all the best you want in hospitality. Highly recommended, we’ll be back! "

"A nice hotel well located in Les Eyzies. Parking is onsite and easy. Room was spacious and well appointed. There is very nice pool outside. On site there is a gastronomic restaurant and around in the village many dining options. There is a lot to see around both in Les Eyzies and within a 25 km radius. "Air conditioner was totally inadequate. Wi-Fi was poor. Toilet and bathroom were separate; latter required two steps. People at reception were unfriendly, refused to speak English and were unable to recommend a quality restaurant in Sarlot. Nice pool, good breakfast. Entrance off main road precarious.
