I booked an executive room (112), and was surprised to note one of the windows looked onto the bin area and recycling, that has lights on most of the night and early morning noise. My bath had mould around the seals, and the bath plug had to be removed with a spoon, which dislodged more mould that floated in the bath. When I mentioned about changing my room before unpacking due to the view, there were no others available, and I mentioned the other comments at check out and nothing was said, just about the meal extras I had ordered and how I wanted to pay. For a 4 star I was disappointed"
