"Phenomenal staff, hotel was clean and bed was comfy. Shower was hot and water pressure was good. Parking was easy and convenient. Only negative is our room got extremely hot and the air conditioning didn’t work. "

"The property itself was ok. Bed was comfortable, close to the local attractions. The turnoff for us was the fact that the room was 29 degrees Celsius and the air conditioner didn't work. We went to the front desk and explained this to the gentleman and he said that the air conditioners don't work. I asked if they worked in any room and he said no. Given, each room has a mini-split system so there's no reason for them to not work other than they don't want them to work. I asked him if he could then it on in our room and he looked at his computer then came back about a minute later and said no, he wouldn't turn it on for us.
