"The property itself was ok. Bed was comfortable, close to the local attractions. The turnoff for us was the fact that the room was 29 degrees Celsius and the air conditioner didn't work. We went to the front desk and explained this to the gentleman and he said that the air conditioners don't work. I asked if they worked in any room and he said no. Given, each room has a mini-split system so there's no reason for them to not work other than they don't want them to work.
