"This stay was part of a longer multi location stay. Hotel really is excellent for what it offers. Great pool and easy access to the town and the beaches in the area. Breakfast choice was great. You will need a car if you want to go to the beaches. They don’t give free water in the room and you pay for towels for the pool extra, both should be included. They accommodated by gluten free breakfast needs and cooked me warm roles each day. Would recommend staying here if you have a car."

" The location is beautiful and peaceful — exactly what we wanted — but the service is not at 4-star level. Staff are kind but clearly overstretched. We were charged €8/day for parking with no alternative, which should really be included. Breakfast starts only at 8AM with no early option, and no water or coffee machine in the rooms. The spa was advertised but was unavailable during our stay, with no prior notice. The pool bar opened only after 1PM. The biggest surprise was the coffee: machine coffee was poor, and my first cappuccino tasted of salty water (likely tap water). Though the waiter apologised and fixed it the next day, this is unacceptable in an Italian 4-star resort. Staff also had loud arguments near guests. Room cleaning was basic: towels were changed but sheets weren’t, and floors weren’t properly cleaned. The food menu is very limited and expensive. Worst of all, during checkout they tried to charge us more than double (including parking again and items we didn’t order). Only after I asked to check the bill was it corrected. Beautiful setting, but the service, transparency, and quality need major improvement"

"This is a truly special place. The spaces are unique, the staff are wonderful, the rooms were spacious and thoughtful but it’s hard to put into words just what makes this place so special. I do t think there’s anywhere like it. I will definitely be back. "
