"Locations very good I'll talk about the positives first. Clean room everything was nice except that we were woken up the two nights that we stayed every morning with banging pipe noises just loud noises and we had earplugs in it was so loud. I wrote the hotel they said they're going to look into it. The staff was nice too so I'd like to comment on that."

"Some of the staff at the restaurant were not very happy and at times I felt like they did not want to be there . Maria was amazing kind and always smiling 😍"

"We loved this place. So beautiful!! Food and excursions were great but the staff made the trip. Ricardo, Frank, Marvin, Jason and Josephina. All amazing people."
