"We booked a superior king room and it felt like a cell. The only window looked at a grey wall 2m away. Very limited natural light. When I sat on the bed I sank down and nearly sat on the floor. The room also smelt quite funky and the bathroom smelt of wee. There was a large stain on the carpet as you entered the room. We also could not stream anything from my phone and I was told it was my phone's problem - never had a problem anywhere else. Having said that it was in the perfect position...

"Nice and close to everything. Staff very nice. Room clean. Could do with a sink in the kitchen area as we ate mostly at the hotel. Shower could do with a updated shower head. Was nice and quiet area not noisy at all. Would recommend"

"Excellent property from the greeting on arrival, beautiful room, friendly owners and staff and nothing was too much of a problem. Then to top it all off, a very impressive breakfast. I will be staying there any time I am visiting Ballina."
