"My family and I had been visiting this hotel for years 2-3x per year while it was still the Crest Hotel because of the superb location and reasonable rates. The rates are no longer reasonable, there is no longer a delicious complimentary breakfast in the lobby, the coffee was terrible and the Jets in the hot tub weren’t working. "Nice to be out on the pier and watch boats and ships go by. The hotel's free vintage car rides to restaurants in town was much fun. Old photos of the area on the walls was enjoyable along with a video of the building of the hotel shown on the tv in our room. Too expensive. Hot tub was not working. Natural gas was turned off to repair a leak near the hotel. Not the hotel's fault."
