Everything is in good condition (gardens) and it is obvious that they take good care of the property. The general manager avoided me until I emailed him direct and demanded he call me. He then claimed our claims were not true and told us because we had checked in were weren’t entitled to any refunds for the two nights we didn’t stay. They take all the money upfront so we had no leverage to claim or...

You can sit out on the back lawn under some beautifully sculpted trees the shade you or walk 20 feet to small beach to enjoy some sun. The breakfast is outstanding. The selection of teas is wonderful. All the wonderful foods are tasty. We ate all our evening meals there as well . The service was impeccable. Try toi get the rooms with the patio they add so much to your stay. "
