"The hotel is a historic building with an interesting history. It is set far back from the road and feels private and secluded - lovely to walk around. The staff were friendly and helpful and the room was comfortable. Great breakfast included!"

"The staff were professional and friendly. The room itself was fine, but the air conditioning conked out in the middle of the night (and it was a hot, humid night). This made the stay less comfortable than it should have been. "

"Great location, nice pool. Hotel room was small and comfortable but for the pillows but we managed with the bed cushions. We also had a little balcony which was excellent. Good breakfast and the coffee was very nice. The night watchman even went out of his way and made us coffee on our 5am departure. Only suggestion would be some tea bags, milk etc and a kettle in the room. "
