"From the moment we arrived, everything was fantastic. The staff couldnt do enough for us and were extremely helpful. The restaurant meals were simply amazing and has to be tried to be believed. Definitely 5*!"

My only issue was I was lead to believe that the hotel was next to the train station and in walking distance. 30 minute walk with luggage is really not doable. Yet the hotel provided us with free bus tickets which were great for getting around the city "

"It’s nestled away in the beautiful Swiss alps. Walking distance from the train station. Food was great and service superb. The only mild annoyance is after staying four days the charged me 2 Chf for additional pods of coffee. "

"The location is closed to the main cable car station, just 3 mins walk. Very clean and comfortable. The design of the shower room is not very good, I have to put my clothes and towel outside the shower room otherwise all will get wet. I suggest the shower room should install a space for towel. The ski locker area is convenient but there is little bit dark and also the ski room is not as good as the signinahotel’s ski room. The price is little bit expensive because there no service and facility...

"I absolutely loved my stay at the hotel! The staff is extremely nice and so sweet, it really made my stay. I love the little town of Klosters because of the people that live there. The hotel had a very nice restaurant with healthy dining options, the river behind the restaurant terrace makes it so cozy, and the amenities are top-notch, I enjoyed the spa and the pool so much, and the warm tea after the sauna. My only suggestion to improve is wifi, I had to use my hotspot all the time as I work...
