"Our stay at this property was just dreamy. We receive free upgrade of our room on arrival due to it being my partner’s birthday. The room was amazing, spacious and clean. The staff were always warm and welcoming, happy to help with any enquiries we had. Even helping to accommodate us with an early check in due to our flight times. The hotel its self was stunning, the breakfast options were plentiful. My favourite part of the stay has to be the self serve lavender they put out in the evening, where you’re able to fill a pouch with dried lavender to take to your room. I thought this was a beautiful touch. Thank you to everyone who made our stay amazing!"

"Visited with family and it does caters to families 1. Excellent facilities. Excellent pool and gym. Also has a PlayStation for kids to indulge in during the day 2. Clean rooms with all the required amenities 3. Great staff and always ready to help. All my requirements were fulfilled and done quickly Would definetly stay there again as it is quite near krakow city center but further away to avoid the hustle and bustle of the city center "

"Great hotel in a quiet neighborhood but walking distance to the tram. Tram is a 15 minute ride to the center of all the action. The bathroom is as amazing and the bed is so comfy. Great for families and onsite parking. We parked at an adjacent lot to save some money. Mini fridge with coffee, tea and bottled waters."
