"The hotel's location was exceptional, providing optimal convenience for my daughter and me due to its proximity to relevant amenities. The room was perfectly suited to our needs, featuring a double bed and a single bed. The shower bathroom was notably spacious and included an impressively large sink. We did observe that the towel rack on the side required attention, as it appeared to be loose.
Parking was suitable as you have John Lewis - Q-Park which is not cheap but it is safe and ideal .

"Hotel is lovely but tired in some aspects like frayed towels marks on the carpet and chair and the wallpaper peeling in the room also shower was leaking at the part it joins the head. I woulda over looked and stayed here again but the heat was awful no air con did provide a fan in the room but the french doors didn’t open right up either but wasn’t just the room was roasting was the corridors etc aswel made me feel ill"
"Room was tidy and clean. Staff were helpful when I put the wrong car reg in. Lots of space in the accessible room for someone who is severely visually impaired and a baby. Parking is easy to find and a petrol station with Starbucks, Greg's and Asda service is right next door. Conveniently situated near the main road."
"Even though the location is in a busy party area, once you’re in the hotel, you hear absolutely nothing. Everywhere is walkable, so the location was very convenient. Staff was welcoming and friendly and the room had everything we needed. The ac worked great, and it was so nice to have a kettle, microwave, and small fridge. "Great city centre location (remember Liverpool is a big party town, so don't expect peace and serenity), and big comfortable rooms are great. Slight downside, for us, was being allocated an accessible room which doesn't really fit the bill if you don't need the adjustments made for accessibility. "The worst hotel I have ever stayed at. The staff were extremely unprofessional and the service was very disappointing. I expected much better customer service, but unfortunately, the whole experience was unpleasant. I would not recommend this hotel and definitely would not stay here again."
