"The hotel was conveniently located near a tram station with free service within CBD area. The room was clean. Bathroom sink really needs to be replaced (very old and scratched). Beds were very worn with low areas. AC and hair dryer did not work. AC was fixed immediately when we reported it. A portable hair dryer was in a drawer under the TV which was not intuitive. Many food items available for purchase in the room."

I haven’t slept so good in a long time."

Additionally, no luggage assistance or trolley service was provided during either check-in or check-out, despite being many staff walking around and not helping and just observing. The receptionist was not cooperative with offering a better room despite mentioning...

"Great location and the staff were very responsive. Happy to have a choice of a soft or hard pillow. The bed was a little bit soft for my liking, but that is a preference issue. Good breakfast and check in/out process was easy."
