"General: Room and hotel are comfortable and easy to navigate. The location is easy to get to other areas of the City and the neighborhood itself is enjoyable. Our family of 4 slept comfortably and had enough space with a larger room upgraded (and paid additionally for) at checkin. Free breakfast was delicious and easy for all of us to find something. However, we have stayed at Copenhagen Island many times over the past 10 years and it really felt like the hotel is in need of some TLC. We also didn't like the change in policy requiring you to request for your room to be serviced. That said, we had a lovely stay and the location is so convenient, we would still recommend the hotel to others. "
