"We stayed for 3 nights B&B. Very good price for area good variety of breakfast. Staff very helpful. Property is a old coaching inn so very large and quirky. Rooms are dated but comfortable."

Our only conolaint was that the room we stayed in was very small for a family of three and only had a shower in the bathroom so i couldn't give our little one a bath, and it was a struggle having two people in the bathroom to wash her."

"Really loved the hotel and the surrounding area. Staff has a tough job keeping the street traffic out of their private, residence only garden and it was a bit hard to enjoy a quiet afternoon with so many day-visiting tourists walking around us. Otherwise, the food and hospitality is top-notch and everyone’s very friendly. "

"We had a really enjoyable 2 day break. A nice hotel set in well kept grounds and with pleasant and accommodating staff. We stayed in a pavilion room which was the quietest hotel room we have ever experienced."

"Food and service was really nice. Stayed in room 9 would avoid due to lack of privacy. Toilet window opens out into the bin store. Heavy duty light in bedroom low hanging kept hitting head as at bottom of bed en route to toilet. My wife would not like theres no seating at a vanity mirror. "

"Staff were very friendly and helpful. Hotel was in good condition and surprised that more people were not staying and eating in the hotel. Rooms size was decent. Found the beds were comfortable but a little small. A negative was after the second night noticed her pillow was dirty and was turned over so wasn't seen. Other than that room was clean"
