"Not sure why, the phone in my room kept blinking. Called the front desk, but not getting the issue resolved. I use a booklet to cover the blinking light. Other than that, the room is in perfect condtion."
"The motel was clean and the staff were very friendly. We requested particular type of pillow and these were provided. Sheets and bed were great. Room was a bit on the small side and space for storing clothing was limited - could easily put a small chest of drawers in the corner by the window.
Wash basin in the hallway was a bit inconvenient.

"We stayed in september for 3 nights in room 142 the room was not as clean as it could have been the tv you could not get any information about any of the programs but the bed was very comfortable we did not use any of the extra facilities we had a meal in the main restaurant the service was excellent as was the food"

"Excellent hotel between Temple Meads train station & city centre. Staff were all very friendly & helpful. Very comfortable & clean room, nice bed, big TV, fast WiFi.

"A pretty awful experience. The hotel used to be a Mercure and I stayed there in 2019 with no problems. Now the hotel is tired, battered and looks unhygienic - rotten window frames, filthy windows, plastic sheets on the stairs, stained carpets, dismal bathrooms and all for a four star price. The location is good but that’s the hotel’s only advantage. Desperately in need of new investment, this property reminded me of the worst of the Britannia group or a mid range hotel in India 30 years ago but...
