"I had booked the quadruple room which showed four beds in the photos. Upon check in, they informed me that the quadruple room fits four beds, but comes standard with two and I would need to pay extra to have additional beds in the room for my two children. The room was quite small, so I opted to have three beds total instead, and was charged an additional 45,000 yen for my 8 night stay for the rollaway bed. "quite remote area and my rental car GPS fail to find the place via japan mapcode. Room was very clean , immaculate and beautiful despite over 5 years old. The view of the valley from our level two rooms are breathtaking.The main hiccup is that the hotel onsen was not available during our stay. However the smart tv , room balcony onsen n jaccuzi bath make up for their absent. We are not use to the Kaiseki dinner and japanese breakfast despite their varieties and beautiful dishes."
