"Best customer service ever. Everyone at this hotel went beyond any expectations. My mum had a surgery while we were staying at this hotel and they did everything they could do to fulfill all our special requests. On top of that, the hotel is in a very nice location, rooms were comfortable and clean, breakfast was fantastic, great gym and many restaurants options around. I cannot recommend this hotel enough "

"Excellent hotel and service. Great staff and restaurant and rooftop bar with live entertainment. The area tends to be a bit noisy at nights. The area is a bit dirty with somewhat unsafe sidewalks. This is disappointing because Click Clack is a wonderful hotel. Usaquén is a much nicer neighborhood with walkable sidewalks. "
