"We really enjoyed our stay, and couldn't recommend it more! The staff were so friendly, helpful, and made everything stress-free for us. We had many pool days, enjoyed the hotels private beach, and enjoyed a great meal at the restaurant. Also the hotel is in the heat of sestri levante, so what more could you ask for?"
"The location was excellent and very conveniently located in town. It was directly across from the beach (and the hotel was great at providing beach towels), and my room had partial sea views with a small balcony, which made it all the more magical. Within minutes of walking, you’ll also find plenty of restaurants and shops (though be mindful of riposa/rest hours, where almost everywhere is closed), and you’re also a five minute walk to the Rapallo train station, which is also super convenient....
"The hotel was gorgeous- the staff was amazing, the location was perfect. There was one flaw. The WiFi was horrible on every floor except the lobby - it was constantly dropping and since cell signal in the area was bad we would have trouble utilizing the internet to find restaurants, buy tickets etc…. I am sure they will get the WiFi fixed and those hotel will be great. Even with the WiFi issues, I highly recommend it."
"The hotel is a gem! Nestled in a row of sister buildings, all historic; it has been transformed! They were still finishing up the entrances to a brand new lobby! Beautifully designed. New elevator, all new rooms also beautifully designed. Modern curbless shower in new bathroom. Note! If you do not reserve your parking spot ahead of time you must park on the street which is do'able but challenging as you have to feed the meter. The breakfast is a typical, continental one but very good. ...

"Beautiful location and staff were very friendly. Triple room I ordered was unilaterally changed to double by management before we arrived as they only saw 2 people, but we had three so needed a triple room . They ended up charging more than I paid upfront which was fine but we had to move rooms after first night. I had been in communication with them before we arrived so wish they would’ve just asked and then all would have been fine when we arrived."
