"Charming property but is essentially an old house so the rooms are smaller than your typical 4 star. Food was good if a little overpriced. Staff are friendly and welcoming. I’d go back again just for the peace and quiet. They and I have a pool and other facilities in an adjacent building too. Overall recommended, for a quiet and romantic retreat. "

"While the manor house is picturesque and beautiful with the charm you would expect, the pictures are deceiving. This property is situated immediately adjacent to a main thoroughfare. Additionally the rooms are not in the manor house. The rooms are set apart in different building which are much more similar to a traditional hotel and are of quality equal to a Hampton Inn. "

"Excellent stay. Arrived at hotel and greeted at reception by "Matt Lloyd" who was attentive, helpful and friendly. Room was perfect and i was able to turn the aircon off unlike another hotel i usually stay in. Easy to get too, great wifi, close to resort centre and will now be my go to place every 3 months when in Birmingham. "

"Nice and relaxing stay, with plenty of greenery And open space. The staff are really friendly trying their best to help but I believe there is a room for improvement as they lack more experience. It's a little bit disappointing to pay £10 per person a day for the spa/ Swimming pool. As a guest staying at the hotel, I believe it should be free. Service is good.
