"We only stayed for one night before driving to Rouen, the basement car park is fantastic, only €15 for 24 hrs, and we left the car there until 6pm the next day so we could see the city after checking out.
Hotel interior is very nice, our room is small but the glass shower room is really nice, anyway, when get up for a pee, make sure a lamp is switched on when you wash hands after toilet, otherwise you’ll bump into the tempered glass - not very nice experience I should say."
"The building was unique and beautiful. The suite was enormous even for American standard. It looked newly renovated, clean and stylish. The AC was super strong. The staff was very kind and helpful, and friendly to the children. The breakfast buffet was convenient and had enough options for everybody. Having the small park and playground next door was a great plus for families with young children. We had a very pleasant stay."

Choquant: moquette de ma chambre sale! Ça ne se voit pas mais passez un chiffon blanc dessus en frottant, il devient noir !!!

Cabine de douche indigne même d’un ibis budget car saleté incrustée, sèche serviette complètement écaillé, j’ai cru à de la saleté au tout début.

"Alojamiento muy céntrico, muy bien comunicado, con un supermercado muy cerca.
La habitación era muy cómoda y amplia, la cocina tenía absolutamente de todo (lavavajillas, placa, microondas, calderos, cubiertos, tostadora, cafeteras… no le faltaba detalle para lo pequeña que es)
Tiene aire acondicionado que es un plus con el calor que hace.
El personal muy amable y cercano.
A la entrada hay un área de juego para los más pequeños que estaba genial.

"An extremely enjoyable 3-days at this Residhome, the check-in staff were lovely (friendly, professional and multilingual) and gave me the quiet room that I’d requested. The studio itself was spacious, pristine and comfortable, plus the much appreciated good A/C in 40C. Location was also good, just a 15 minute pleasant walk along the harbour from the train and bus terminals and same into the city centre and Château. Ticked all my boxes, will certainly use again and recommend!"

"Excellent customer service, the reception staff were very friendly and professional. The room was was a good size and the bed was comfortable. There was a kettle with coffee in the room but there was additional coffee available free in the reception area along with a water dispenser that did not only cold water but fizzy water too.
