"Had a lovely stay at the property but there were a few annoying points. Leading up to the stay I tried to contact them via Expedia and email to request ground floor access but got no response! Parking spaces are very tight, even with a reasonably small car, very difficult getting in and out, almost impossible with a baby. "ne correspondait pas à ma réservation sur votre site et en rien à vos annonces.voir nos différents échanges.pas de "sea side" comme annoncé sur la photo.pas de lit double.pas de porte fenêtre avec balcon et salon de jardin.des simples fenêtres.a l'accueil on m'informe que ce n'est pas possible d'avoir cela que de toute façon hotel.com ne connait pas l'hôtel et vend des produits qu'i ne connait pas. .."
